Work Out Day 3

As some of you may know, I've started working out again. So far it's been pretty good. For the first few days, I only did 20 minutes before calling it quits. Not so much because I was tired, but because I didn't want to overexert myself. I also started (kinda) doing yoga again. It's mainly a way for me to stretch out and cool down my muscles after running 2 miles.

This morning, I ran 2.25 miles in 30 minutes! So proud of myself. After doing some stretches when I got back to my room, I hopped in the shower. No time for breakfast when you stink that badly. Anyway, I was in the middle of my shower when I started feeling really dizzy and lightheaded. It freaked me out so much that after rinsing all the shampoo out of my hair I grabbed a towel and laid on the floor of my bathroom for about 5 minutes before getting up and getting dressed. A glass of water and low-fat vanilla yogurt awaited me and I felt better in no time.  I don't want anything like this to happen again. Any advice on how to avoid such a fate?

I'll do the bike tomorrow, maybe before class if I can get myself out of bed. Wish me luck!

  1. are you eating in the morning before you work out? you should probably atleast have a hard boiled egg, or some small amount of good protein, that should help i would think.
